The (A1B1) Grasshopper

Dreaming Star Wars -

Small three seater ship, usually found in continental Australia, used for getting groceries or visiting neighbors. Don't mind the gun turrets, those are for spiders.

- Practicing modeling in Modo. Only elementary/simple shading on this one. The idea came from B-29 superfortress. I made it a bit less elegant, but space faring non the less. Will be doing the interior next. The original project where this ship appeared was a Star Wars illustration and vehicle design contest, that I later turned into kit-bashed-for-paint-over piece. That existing design and concepts I created provided me with constraints I needed to follow as opposed to going freestyle and play only to my strengths.
